Private sessions are the truest to the yoga lineage and an ideal way to work towards a personal goal as well as help with injuries and body constraints.
My private clients often come to me to develop a sustainable, safe practice with appropriate modifications following an injury or as their bodies mature. Whatever your goals are, be it mastering a headstand, developing a meditation practice, receiving thai massage and body work, or anything in between, I am happy to work with you to develop a program.
